RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT WITH
PRODUCERS INCORPORATED

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a performance agreement on
behalf of the City of Elgin with Producers Incorporated for
performances by Tom Chapin on January 21, 1994 , a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
