RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT WITH
BUDDY MORROW PRODUCTIONS, INC.
(The Tommy Dorsey Orchestra)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a performance agreement on
behalf of the City of Elgin with Buddy Morrow Productions,
Inc . for a performance by The Tommy Dorsey Orchestra on
April 16, 1994 , a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof by reference.
