RESOLUTION
APPOINTING GWENDOLYN WHISTON AS A MEMBER OF THE
ELGIN IMAGE ADVISORY BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Gwendolyn Whiston be and is hereby appointed as
a member of the Elgin Image Advisory Board for a term to
expire May 1, 1996 .
