RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT WITH
MAINSTAGE MANAGEMENT INTERNATIONAL, INC.
(Ghost Stories )
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a performance agreement on
behalf of the City of Elgin with Mainstage Management
International , Inc . for performances of "Ghost Stories" on
October 29, 1993, a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof by reference.
