RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT WITH
PARADISE ARTISTS, INC.
(Maynard Ferguson and his Big Bop Nouveau Band)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a performance agreement on
behalf of the City of Elgin with Paradise Artists, Inc. for a
performance by Maynard Ferguson and his Big Bop Nouveau Band
on March 19 , 1994 , a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof by reference.
