RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT WITH
THEATRE IV
(Christmas 'Round the World and Town Mouse and Country Mouse)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a performance agreement on
behalf of the City of Elgin with Theatre IV for performances
of "Christmas ' Round the World" and "Town Mouse and Country
Mouse" , on December 14 and 15, 1993, and March 3, 4 and 5,
1994 respectively, a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof by reference.
