RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT WITH
THE UNITED STAGE
( Straighten Up and Fly Right)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a performance agreement on
behalf of the City of Elgin with The United Stage for a
performance of "Straighten Up and Fly Right" on September 30,
and October 1 and 2 , 1993, a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof by reference.
