RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT WITH
AMERICAN FAMILY THEATER INC.
(Beauty and the Beast)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a performance agreement on
behalf of the City of Elgin with American Family Theater Inc .
for performances of "Beauty and the Beast" on October 21, 22
and 23 , 1993, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof by reference.
