RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT WITH
NATIONAL SHAKESPEARE COMPANY, INC.
(Romeo and Juliet)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a performance agreement on
behalf of the City of Elgin with National Shakespeare Company,
Inc . for performances of "Romeo and Juliet" on November 14 and
15, 1993, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference.
