RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT WITH
SRO ARTISTS, INC.
(Winter Solstice)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a performance agreement on
behalf of the City of Elgin with SRO Artists, Inc . for a
performance of "Winter Solstice" on November 26 , 1993, a copy
of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference .
