RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A MERCHANT AGREEMENT WITH NBD BANK
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Merchant Agreement on
behalf of the City of Elgin with NBD Bank for the capability
to accept credit card transactions, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
