RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING A PLAT OF DEDICATION FOR A PUBLIC STREET
(North McLean Boulevard and Davis Road)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that it hereby accepts a certain plat of dedication
for a public street prepared by Harold C. Westphal, Jr. , an
Illinois Land Surveyor, and dated November 3, 1992, for the
property legally described as follows :
That part of Lot 11 of the First Addition to
Miller-Davis Research and Industrial Center, being a
subdivision of part of the Southeast quarter of
Section 32 and part of the Southwest quarter of
Section 33, Township 42 North, Range 8 East of the
Third Principal Meridian, described as follows :
Beginning at a point on the westerly line of said
Lot 11 that is 45 . 00 feet southerly, as measured
along said westerly line, of the Northwest corner of
said Lot 11; thence North 07 degrees 43 minutes 25
seconds West, along said westerly line, a distance
of 45. 00 feet to the said Northwest corner of
Lot 11; thence South 88 degrees 37 minutes 10
seconds East, along the North line of said Lot 11, a
distance of 34 . 00 feet; thence South 52 degrees 09
minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 27 . 00 feet;
thence South 13 degrees 40 minutes 53 seconds West,
a distance of 28.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Being situated in the City of Elgin, Kane County,
Illinois and containing 520 .21 square feet more or
less.
_ BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to cause said plat of.
dedication to be filed with the Recorder of Deeds of Kane
County, Illinois .
