RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
(Northwest Corner of Tinker and Teal Streets)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Real Estate Sales
Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with Dorothy Krantz,
for the property located at the northwest corner of Tinker and
Teal Streets in Elgin, for $3,500, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
