HomeMy WebLinkAbout91-1120 Waverly Dr Recorded • R 91- i l an wafede • Te c451- RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PLAT OF GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR SIDEWALK PURPOSES (Waverly Drive) BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that it hereby accepts a plat of Grant of Easement for sidewalk purposes for the property legally described as follows : Permanent Easement: A permanent easement over that part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 41 North, Range 9 East of the Third Principal Meridian, described as follows : Beginning at the Southeast corner of Waverly Drive per Document No. 21330211 and being on the northerly line of Parkwood Unit No. 1, being a subdivision of part of the Northeast quarter and part of Government Lot 1 of the Northwest Quarter of Section 18, township and range aforesaid; thence North 02 degrees 43 minutes 34 seconds East (an assumed bearing) , along the easterly line of said Waverly Drive, a distance of 20 . 00 feet; thence South 24 degrees 37 minutes 16 seconds East, a distance of 21 . 71 feet to a point on the northerly line of aforesaid Parkwood Unit No. 1 that is 10 . 00 feet, measured along said northerly line, easterly of the point of beginning; thence South 88 degrees 38 minutes 00 seconds West, along said northerly line, a distance of 10 . 00 feet to the point of beginning. Being situated in the City of Elgin, Cook County, Illinois and containing 99 . 75 square feet more or less . Temporary Construction Easement: A temporary construction easement over that part of the East half of the Southwest quarter of Section 7, Township 41 North, Range 9 East of the Third Principal Meridian, described as follows : Commencing at the Southeast corner of Waverly Drive per Document No. 21330211 and being on the northerly line of Parkwood Unit No. 1, being a subdivision of part of the Northeast quarter and part of Government Lot 1 of the Northwest quarter of Section 18, township and range aforesaid; thence North 02 degrees 43 minutes 34 seconds East (an assumed bearing) , along the easterly line of said Waverly Drive, a distance of 20 .00 feet for the point of beginning; thence continuing North 02 degrees 43 minutes 34 seconds East, along said easterly line, a distance of 506 .49 feet to the Northeast corner of said Waverly Drive per Document No. 21330211, also being on the southerly line of Summit Street; thence + , South 89 degrees 05 minutes 54 seconds East, along the said southerly line of Summit Street, a distance of 15 . 01 feet to a line that is 15 . 00 feet, as measured at right angles, easterly of and parallel with the said easterly line of Waverly Drive per Document No. 21330211; thence South 02 degrees 43 minutes 34 seconds West, along said parallel line, a distance of 525 . 90 feet to the aforesaid northerly line of Parkwood Unit No. 1; thence South 88 degrees 38 minutes 00 seconds West, along said northerly line, a distance of 5 . 04 feet to a point that is 10 . 00 feet, as measured along said northerly line, easterly of the aforesaid Southeast corner of Waverly Drive; thence North 24 degrees 37 minutes 16 seconds West, a distance of 21 . 71 feet to the point of beginning.
