HomeMy WebLinkAbout91-0710 Drainage Otter Creek Recorded qI-o-1io ctm)ncge, blf r C,-e.e.k RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PLAT OF EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES (Otter Creek) BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that it hereby accepts a Plat of Easement for drainage purposes along for the property legally described as follows : An 84 . 00 foot wide permanent drainage easement over that part of the Northeast quarter of Section 20 and part of the Northwest quarter of Section 21, all in Township 41 North, Range 8 East of the Third Principal Meridian, bounded on the South by the South line of the said Northeast quarter, bounded on the East by the westerly right of way line, as monumented, of Randall Road per Document No. 1040510 and lying 37 . 00 feet northwesterly and northerly of and 47 . 00 feet southeasterly and southerly of the following described line: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the said Northeast quarter of Section 20; thence North 89 degrees 57 minutes 58 seconds West, along the South line of said Northeast quarter, a distance of 925 .65 feet for the point of beginning of said described line; thence North 26 degrees 28 minutes 53 seconds East, a distance of 456 .55 feet; thence North 46 degrees 41 minutes 25 seconds East, a distance of 1744 . 91 feet; thence North 83 degrees 54 minutes 47 seconds East, a distance of 32 .57. feet to a point on the said westerly right of way line, as monumented, of Randall Road per Document No. 1040510 that is 1626 . 11 feet, measured along the said westerly right of way line, as monumented, of Randall Road, northerly of the South line of said Northwest quarter of Section 21 for the terminus of said described line. Being situated in the City of Elgin, Kane County, Illinois.
