Rice, City Manager SUBJECT: Highland Springs Right-of-Way Dedication PURPOSE: This memorandum will provide the Mayor and Council with information to consider the subject dedication. BACKGROUND: The City Council approved the annexation of the property known as "Highland Springs Addition" at its regular meeting on July 26, 1989 . In the annexation agreement, the City f* agreed to accept and maintain the right-of-way and the public improvements contained within the right-of-way named "Highland Springs Drive, the location of which is shown on the attached sketch. FINANCIAL IMPACT: None. RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council accept the right-of-way dedication for Highland Springs Drive and au- thorize the staff to prepare the plat for submittal to the Kane County Recorders Office. a Larry ' ice, Cty Manager r
