RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING A PLAT OF GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR
WATER MAIN AND SANITARY SEWER MAIN
(Regency Woods Townhomes )
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that it hereby accepts a Plat of Grant of Easement
for water main and sanitary sewer main in the northwest
quadrant of Wing Street and Garden Crescent Drive for the
propecty legally described as follows :
Parcel No. 1 : Water Main Easement
A strip of land over parts of Lots "E" and "F"
�n Ladd`' s Elgin Garden Quarter, being a subdivision
of part of the Northeast 1/4 and part of the
Southeast 1/4 of Section 10, Township 41 North,
Range 8 East of the Third Principal Meridian, said
strip bounded by a line described as follows :
Commencing at the N.E . corner of said Lot "E" ;
thence Southeasterly, along the curved Easterly line

authorized and directed to cause the Plat of Grant of Easement
to be recorded in the office . of the Recorder of Deeds of Kane
County, Illinois .
