HomeMy WebLinkAbout90-1024 Recorded Larkin Easement RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR A WATER MAIN (2090 Larkin Avenue) BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that it hereby accepts a Grant of Easement from Dennis R. Junod and Joan E. Junod for a water main at 2090 Larkin Avenue for the property legally described as follows: The South 10 feet of the North 103.26 feet of Lots 1, 2 and 3 in Block 4, in Walter G. McIntosh & Company's Fox River Farms, being a subdivision of part of Section 16, Township 41 North, Range 8 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Kane County, Illinois .
