ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR A WATER MAIN
(2090 Larkin Avenue)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that it hereby accepts a Grant of Easement from
Dennis R. Junod and Joan E. Junod for a water main at 2090
Larkin Avenue for the property legally described as follows:
The South 10 feet of the North 103.26 feet of
Lots 1, 2 and 3 in Block 4, in Walter G. McIntosh &
Company's Fox River Farms, being a subdivision of
part of Section 16, Township 41 North, Range 8 East
of the Third Principal Meridian, in Kane County,
Illinois .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to cause the Grant of Easement to be
recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Kane
County, Illinois .

GRANT OF EASEMENT
THE GRANTORS, DENNIS R. JUNOD and JOAN E. JUNOD, his wife, in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, hereby give and grant to CITY OF ELGIN, an Illinois municipal
corporation, its successors and assigns, an easement to construct, operate, maintain, renew,
relocate and remove from time to time, an underground public watermain, together with
right of access to the same and the right, from time to time, to trim or remove trees,
bushes and saplings and to clear obstructions from the surface and subsurface as may be
reasonably required incident to the grant herein given, in, over, under, across, along and
upon the surface of property situated in Section 16, Township 41 North, Range 8, East of
the Third Principal Meridian in Kane County, Illinois, described as follows:
The South 10 feet of the North 103.26 feet of Lots 1, 2 and 3
in Block 4, in Walter G. McIntosh & Company's Fox River
Farms, being a subdivision of part of Section 16, Township 41
North, Range 8 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Kane
County, Illinois
as marked in yellow on the survey attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part
hereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantors set their hands and seals hereto this 10th
day of August, 1990.
