BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that it hereby approves the resubdivision plat prepared by Survey Systems of America,
Inc. dated June 6, I990 for American NTN Bearing Manufacturing Corporation.

An application has been filed by American NTN Bearing
Manufacturing Corporation that requests resubdivision
approval . The subject property is located at 1380 , 1440
and 1500 Holmes Road .
NTN desires to eliminate two lot lines in order to
incorporate three parcels into one parcel .
The subject properties are each developed with a
manufacturing building . NTN desires to expand and
construct additions to connect two of the three buildings .
