RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING A PLAT OF GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR A SANITARY SEWER
(North Airlite Street)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that it hereby accepts a Plat of Grant of Easement for a sanitary sewer along North
Airlite Street from Dennis R. Junod and Joan E. Junod for the property legally described
as follows:
Parcel No. 1:
A 10 foot wide City of Elgin, Illinois, permanent easement over the
West 10.00 feet (measured at right angles to the West Line) of Lot I in
Block 4 of Walter G. McIntosh and Company's Fox River Farms, except the
North 83.26 feet thereof. Also except the South 17.00 feet, measured at
right angles to the South Line of said Lot I. Being situated in the City of
Elgin, Kane County, Illinois.
Parcel No. 2:
A 10 foot wide City of Elgin, Illinois, permanent easement over the
West 10.00 feet (measured at right angles to the West Line) of Lot 18 and
the North 83.26 feet of Lot I in Block 4 of Walter G. McIntosh and
Company's Fox River Farms. Being situated in the City of Elgin, Kane
County, Illinois.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to cause the Plat of Grant of Easement to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of -r-
Deeds of Kane County, Illinois. CT
