GRANT OF EASEMENT
Sherman Hospital Association, an Illinois not-for-
profit corporation, having its principal place of business at 934
Center Street, in the City of Elgin, State of Illinois, for and
in consideration of One Dollar ($1. 00) and other good and
valuable consideration in hand paid, grants and conveys to the
City of Elgin, a municipal corporation duly organized and
existing under and by virtue of the Constitution of the State of
Illinois, an easement and right-of-way for a sanitary sewer line
over, upon, across, in, through, and under the real estate
described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto ( "Easement Parcel" ) ,
reserving, however, to the undersigned, its successors by merger,
consolidation, or any other method and assigns the right to
utilize and enjoy the Easement Parcel, providing such use shall
not interfere with the construction, maintenance, repairing,
inspection, and operation of the subject sanitary sewer line and
providing further that the undersigned shall not erect or place r"n
any building or planting on the Easement Parcel .
