BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, r1:2
that it hereby accepts a Plat for Easement for storm sewer purposes from John Traeger rya
for the property legally described as follows:
A 20.0 foot easement for storm sewer purposes located in the North-
west ov
Quarter of Section 12, Township 41 North, Range 8 East of the Third no
Principal Meridian, the center line of said easement described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 6 in Block 4 of Slades Addition
to Elgin, being a subdivision of part of said Section 12; thence East along
the Northerly right of way line of River Bluff Road 30.16 feet for the point
of beginning of said center line; thence North along a line forming an angle
of 90 degrees 51 minutes 22 seconds measured clockwise from the last __
described course and being parallel to the East line of said Lot 6, a distance _....
of 484.69 feet to the intersection of said center line with the Southerly ,.
right of way line of the (former) Chicago and Northwestern Railway (
Company for the point of termination of said easement located in the City
of Elgin, Kane County, Illinois. CO
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to cause the Plat of Easement for storm sewer purposes hereby accepted to be recorded
in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Kane County, Illinois.
