Amendment to Real Estate Sale Contract
dated March 13, 1989, between the City of Elgin, as Seller,
and the Elgin Development Corporation, as Purchaser
The Real Estate Sale Contract dated March 13, 1989, between the City of
Elgin, as Seller, and the Elgin Development Corporation, as Purchaser ("Sales Contract"),
is hereby amended as follows:
R-I Contingency Dates. The Purchaser's obligation to proceed to close the
transaction contemplated by the Sale Contract is contingent upon the satisfaction of the
Conditions to Closing (as defined in the Rider to the Sales Contract) on or before
March 31, 1990.
R-2 Closing Date. The closing date specified in paragraph 16 of the Rider to
the Sales Contract is hereby amended to be no later than April 15, 1990.
