RESOLUTION
APPROVING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE FOR CLASS 6B
COOK COUNTY REAL PROPERTY ASSESSMENT CLASSIFICATION
WHEREAS, T.K.T. Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Dealers Transmission Exchange is
applying for Class 6b incentive classification under the Cook County Real Property
Assessment Classification Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, said applicant seeks eligibility for 6b status for Lot 9, Spaulding Center
Industrial Park, Cook County, Illinois, permanent index number 06-31-201-011 for con-
struction of a 27,000 square foot building for manufacturing purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that it hereby finds that the real estate described above is appropriate
for Class 6b incentive classification under the Cook County Real Estate Property
Assessment Classification Ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and is hereby authorized and
directed to furnish the Office of the Cook County Assessor with a certified copy of this
resolution.
