RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING A PLAT OF GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR A STORM SEWER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that it hereby accepts a plat of grant of easement for a storm sewer from Mark S.
Clemens and Kaye Clemens for the property legally described as follows:
A 10.0 foot wide permanent storm sewer easement over the South
10.0 feet of the East 82.5 feet of Lot 257 of the County Clerk's Subdivision
of the Northeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 41 North, Range 8 East
of the Third Principal Meridian, also a 10.0 foot wide temporary construc-
tion easement lying North of and adjacent to the above described 10.0 foot
wide permanent storm sewer easement, being situated in the City of Elgin,
Kane County, Illinois.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to cause the Grant of Easement hereby accepted to be recorded in the office of the
Recorder of Deeds of Kane County, Illinois.
