RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A GRANT OF EASEMENT PLAT TO
PULTE MASTER BUILDERS

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that George VanDeVoorde, Mayor, and Marie Yearman, City Clerk, be and are hereby
r( respectivly authorized and directed to execute a Grant of Easement Plat to Pulte Master
-' Builders for sanitary sewer, storm sewer and drainage and water main, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
