RESOLUTION
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAN AND FINAL PLAT FOR
OAKRIDGE COMMERCIAL PARK
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that it hereby approves the preliminary plan prepared by JYCO dated April 9, 1987 and
revised May 26, 1987 and August 12, 1987, and the final plat prepared by Midwest Survey
Consultants, Inc. dated June 3, 1987 and revised June 22, 1987 and August 13, 1987 for
Oakridge Commercial Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Final Plat of Subdivision approved by this
resolution shall not be executed on behalf of the City until such time as the subject
property has been annexed to the Elgin Sanitary District.
