_ oQ� FORM OF CONTRACT THIS AGREEMENT, made this Thirteenth day of May , in the year Nineteen Hundred Eighty Seven, by and between Illinois Hydraulic Construction Co. a corporation , organized and existing under the laws of the State of/ Delaware , hereinafter called the "Contractor", and the City of Elgin WITNESSETH, that the Contractor and the City of Elgin for the consid- eration stated herein mutually agree as follows: Article 1. Statement of Work The Contractor shall furnish all labor , materials , equipment and services , and perform and complete all work required for Basement Improvements to the Elgin Public Museum located in Lord' s Park (Base Bid only) . Article 2. The Contract Price The City of Elgin shall pay to the Contractor for the performance of the Contract , in current funds, subject to additions and deductions as provided in the specifications, the sum of Twenty-nine Thousand four hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($29,400.00) . Article 3. Contract Documents The contract shall consist of the following parts: 1 . This Instrument. 2. Invitation to Bid #87-55 (Base Bid). 3. Amendment #1. 4. Purchase Order #68937. FORM OF CONTRACT This Instrument , together with the other docunents enumerated in this Article 3, which said other docunents are as fully a part of the contract as if hereto attached or herein repeated, from the contract . In the event any provision in any component part of this contract conflicts with any provision of any other component part , the provisions of the component part first enumerated in this Article 3 shall govern, except as otherwise specifically stated.
