AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the CITY OF ELGIN, a municipal coropration, and JAMES J.
COOK have heretofore executed a certain employment agreement; and
WHEREAS, the CITY OF ELGIN, a municipal corporation, and JAMES J.
COOK desire to amend said agreement with respect to the compensation to be paid
JAMES J. COOK as City Manager of the City of Elgin.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
I. That the annual salary of JAMES J. COOK shall be $65,000.00.
2. That the annual salary established by this amendment shall be effective
from and after May I I, 1986.
