Marketing Engineer JD/pm Enc. i CUSTOMER WORK AGREEMENT Agreement No. Date February 24, 1986 The Commonwealth Edison Company ("Company") and City of Elgin - Spartan Meadow Golf Course ("Customer") agree that the Company will furnish at the Customer ' s expense the labor and materials necessary to do the work for the Customer on or adjacent to the Customer's premises at 1840 Spartan Drive Elgin , Illinois, described in Sections A, and/or U beiow and on the reverse side hereof. Providing electric service facilities to be owned and maintained by the Customer. Relocating or modifying Company-owned facilities as required by the Customer. Providing Company-owned "Optional Facilities " required in excess of standard for the supply of electric service to the Customer. The Customer agrees to pay to the Company: The sum of $ 5,544.10 at the time this agreement FXX is accepted . An amount based on the accumulated cost of the work, to be determined after completion in accordance with the Company 's established procedures . The sketch, if any, attached hereto is hereby made a part of this Agreement and expressly designates ownership of the facilities referred to. Work will be done during the Company 's regular working houfs, unless otherwise specified . This Agreement shall be void if not accepted by the Customer,within ti ninety days from date submitted . r Transformers and metering equipment installed in conjunctidn with this work, shall in all cases , remain the property of the Company. Curves and bends in the conduit run should be avoided wherever possible. Where a run contains curves in any plane or if a straight run exceeds 560 feet in length, the Company shall be consulted ar to permissible maximum length and radii of curvature. Manholes, built to the Company's specifications, will be required where total distance exceeds permissible conduit run lengths. The entire conduit run shall be installed per C14171 on undisturbed or well tamped earth. Conduit shall slope a minimum of 1 inch per 100 feet ana may drain either way or in both directions to manhole.
