RESOLUTION
ADOPTING POLICY FOR PAYMENT OF EXPENSES OF
MAYOR AND MEMBERS OF CITY COUNCIL
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that it hereby adopts a policy for payment of expenses of the Mayor and members of the

City Council as set out in the memorandum to the City Council from Mayor Verbic and
Councilman Gilliam dated May 13, 1985, a copy of which is attached hereto and incor-
porated herein by reference.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution be published in pamphlet form by
authority of the City Council and that it shall be effective upon publication.
