HomeMy WebLinkAbout85-0514 Com Ed r i ELECTRIC LINE RIGHT ON CORPORATE PROPERTY (OVERHAND ONLY) KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the Grantor, City of Elgin, a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Illinois, being the owner of the property hereinafter described, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1 .00) and other good and valuable considerations in hand paid by the Commonwealth Edison Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Illinois, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants to the said Commonwealth Edison Company, its successors and assigns, jointly and severally, the right, permission and authority to overhand the following described property with necessary electrical facilities to transmit and distribute by means of said equip- ment, electricity to be used for heat, light, power and other purposes, together with the right of ingress and egress from said property at all times for any and all such purposes. The Southerly Fifteen (15) feet of the Westerly Two Hundred (200) feet of Lot 19 in Map No. 5, Fox River Hills , Elgin Township, Kane County, Illinois, in the City of Elgin, Kane County, Illinois.
