ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that it hereby accepts a grant of easement from Universal Chemicals & Coatings, Inc.
for sanitary sewer purposes, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A. - t z f t; /—
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to cause the grant of easement hereby accepted to be recorded in the office of the
Recorder of Deeds of Kane County, Illinois.
