Plat , being a subdivision of part of the east half of the southeast quarter of fractional Section 2 , Township 41 North , Range 8 , East of the Third Principal Meridian , in the City of Elgin , Kane County , Illinois , and containing 0 . 172 acres more or less together with a temporary construction easement over the west 30 . 0 feet (as measured at right angles to the west line thereof) of Lot 1 of Elgin Airport Inn , Inc . Plat , being a subdivision of part of the east half of the southeast quarter of fractional Section 2 , Township 41 North, Range 8 , East of the Third Principal Meridian , in the City of Elgin , Kane County , Illinois , and containing 0 . 413 acres more or less . Grantee is hereby granted, without reservation , the right to make improvements upon the easement granted according to such plans and specifications , as will , in its reasonable opinion , best serve the public purpose thereof and the payment of the purchase price for the property herein conveyed shall be considered full compensation for the same , and for any diminution in value that may result to remaining property by virtue of the construction, maintenance , repair and use of the roadway described that g) 1623185 may result to remaining property by virtue of its proximity to said roadway . Grantor makes this grant of easement to the City of Elgin , a municipal corporation , to have and to hold the same , together with all and singular the rights and t • appurtenances thereto and anywise belonging. This grant of easement is made without warranty or representation as to title or other matters and the City of Elgin , Illinois , agrees to accept this grant of easement subject to all matters affecting the title to the property covered hereby . The temporary construction easement granted herein shall terminate upon the earlier of (a) completion of construction of a roadway in and upon the permanent easement described herein , or (b) one ( 1) year from the date hereof . In the event that the easement granted hereby is abandoned , all rights granted hereunder shall terminate and be of no further force or effect and the Grantor or its successors and assigns , reserve all rights with respect to the property covered by this easement that are not inconsistent with the rights herein set forth.
