RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF ILLINOIS,
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that Richard L. Verbic, Mayor, and Marie Yearman, City Clerk, be and are
hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement with the State of
Illinois, DepartmentofTransportation for sharing the costs of certain
engineering services for the North End Bridge Project, a copy of which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
