RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING A PLAT OF EASEMENT FOR A WATER MAIN
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT THE CITY OF ELGIN, a municipal corporation,
hereby accepts a certain plat of easement of the following described property:
An easement for water main over the East 17 feet of the West
50 feet of the Southwest quarter (EXCEPT the North 40 feet thereof)
of Section 32 and the South 15 feet of the North 40 feet of the
Southwest quarter of Section 32, Township 42 North, Range 8 East
of the Third Principal Meridian in Dundee Township, Kane County,
Illinois.
prepared by Howard A. Meadows, an Illinois Land Surveyor, on August 29, 1978
and executed November 26, 1979 by Knowles Electronics, Inc. , a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute acceptance of said plat on behalf of
the City of Elgin and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to cause
said plat to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Kane
County, Illinois.
