RELEASE OF EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, a municipal corporation, created
and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Illinois, for
and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and for other good and
valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
releases all of its right, title and interest in a(n) public utility
easement recorded
December 9 1966 as Document No. 20019150 in the
Recorder's Office of Cook County, State of Illinois, to-wit:
Lot 1 in Elgin - Victor Industrial Park, being a part of the Northeast Quarter
of Section 31, and part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 32, Township 41
North, Range 9, East of the Third Principal Meridian in the City of Elgin,
Cook County, Illinois.
This release is not intended to and shall not in any way affect other easements
as set forth in any plat of subdivision, except as to the easement hereinbefore
specifically described.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Elgin, Illinois, has caused its
corporate seal to be hereto affixed, and has caused its name to be signed to
these presents by its City Manager and attested by its City Clerk this ,,�c`'-1-

to be the City Manager of the City of Elgin, and Marie Yearman, personally

to me to be the same persons whose names are subscribed to the foregoing

that as such City Manager and City Clerk, they signed and delivered the
said instruments as City Manager and City Clerk of said city, and caused the
corporate seal of said municipal corporation to be affixed thereto, pursuant
