The City will at all times prosecute all work upon the premises with reasonable care, skill and diligence and upon completion thereof, will promptly restore all grounds, roads and sidewalks to their original condition, except for the restoration of such trees, shrubs and plants as may have to be removed in connection with the installation, maintenance and repair of the sewer lines, manholes and appurtenances. 2. In addition to said perpetual 10 foot easement herein conveyed, the Grantor hereby agrees that the City, in the initial installation of said sanitary sewers, manholes and appurtenances and for any maintenance or replacement may move whatever equipment and machinery that may be necessary on to the premises of the Grantor during construction and said equipment and machinery may rest upon and be operated from land adjacent to said 10 foot perpetual easement herein granted. 3. Grantor agrees that no buildings will be constructed over this easement. A plat of the easement herein granted is affixed hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A" .
