The scope of the initial architectural service will be to evolve the build- ing' s program in regards to usage, code, existing structure and mechanical systems and restoration of Historical appearance. A cost analysis of the program and restoration will be determined. It is understood that this service is outlined under Article I Page 3 Architects services and covers Schematic design phase 1. 1. 1, 1. 1. 2, 1.1. 3 and Additional services 1. 3. 1, 1. 3. 5. The Owner and the Architect agree as set forth below. THE ARCHITECT shall provide professional services for the Project in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. II. THE OWNER shall compensate the Architect, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. A. FOR BASIC SERVICES, as described in Paragraph 1.1, Basic Compensation shall be computed on the basis of a FIXED FEE Four Thousand Five Hundred no/100 dollars ($ 4 , 500. 00 )• B.
