EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE Witnessed, that the grantor, TYLER BLUFF
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, Elgin, Illinois , for and in consideration
of One Dollar and No/100 ($1. 00) , and other good and valuable consid-
eration hereby conveys to the City of Elgin, a municipal corporation
of the County of Kane, State of Illinois, the perpetual right,
privilege and authority to enter upon and occupy for the purpose of
constructing, maintaining, cleaning, repairing, and operating a
sanitary sewer under , across and upon the following described property:
A 40. 0 foot wide easement for sanitary sewer purposes
over that part of Lot 61 in Tyler Bluff, being a
Subdivision of part of the Southwest Quarter of Frac-
tional Section 2 , Township 41 North, Range 8 East of
the Third Principal Meridian described as follows :
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Tyler Bluff;
thence Southerly along the West line of said Tyler
Bluff, a distance of 241. 91 feet for the place of
beginning; thence Southeasterly along a line that
forms an angle of 84 degrees 39 minutes 16 seconds
to the left with the prolongation of the last described
course, a distance of 183. 62 feet; thence Southwesterly
at right angles to the last described course, a distance
of 40. 0 feet; thence Northwesterly at right angles to
the last described course, a distance of 179 . 88 feet
to the West line of said Tyler Bluff; thence Northerly
along said West line, a distance of 40 . 18 feet to the
place of beginning. Being situated in the City of
Elgin, Kane County, Illinois .
The right, privilege, and authority is further hereby
given, granted and conveyed to said City of Elgin, at all times , to
have free access to said sanitary sewer for the purpose of making
any and all connections therewith, together with the right, privilege ,
and authority to make any and all repairs which at any time hereafter
become necessary, the same as if said sanitary sewer were constructed
in a public highway. Said grantee shall restore said premises to
its original state.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said grantor has caused its corporate
seal to be hereto affixed, and has caused its name to be signed to
these presents by its President, and attested by its Secretary, this
llth day of March , 1976 .

Secretary, they signed and delivered the said instrument as President
and Secretary of said association, and caused the corporate seal of
said association to be affixed thereto, pursuant to authority , given
by the Commission of said association as their free and voluntary
act, and as the free and voluntary act and deed of said association,
for the uses and purposes therein set forth.
