RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING PLAT OF DEDICATION OF OUT LOT B IN COUNTRY KNOLLS
UNIT NUMBER 8, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF SECTIONS 15 AND 16,
TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 8 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN
IN THE CITY OF ELGIN, KANE COUNTY, ILLINOIS, FCR PUBLIC USE.
WHEREAS, John G. Stolt and Allen L. Egner, co-partners doing busi-
ness as Stolt & Egner, the owners and developers of Country Knolls Unit No. 8,
a subdivision of the City of Elgin, Kane County, Illinois, have prepared a plat
of dedication to the City of Elgin for public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY'OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
That the plat of dedication for public use for the following described real
estate, to-wit:
Out Lot B in Country Knolls Unit No. 8, being a Subdivision of
part of Sections 15 and 16, Township 41 North, Range 8 East of
the Third Principal Meridian, according to the plat thereof re-
corded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Kane County on
October 23, 1964, as Document No. 1033509, situated in the
City of Elgin, Kane County, Illinois,
be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved by the City of Elgin.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Elgin be, and
he hereby is, authorized to acknowledge the acceptance of said plat of dedication
for and on behalf of the City of Elgin on the original plat thereof.

Dear Myrtle:
Please be advised that we have finally recorded the original plat of
deducation for public use of a triangle of land which you gave to our
office for recording in June of this year.
You will recall that the plat lacked the County Clerk's signature as to
general taxes and that near the end of June I requested from you and
Mr. Bolerjack copies of the paid tax bills covering said property, since
the Treasurer's office had not yet caught up with posting same for that
property. The Treasurer's office only recently did get said property
marked as "paid" and we were able to secure the County Clerk's signature
on September 8th and the plat was left with the Title Company for checking
details and recording in due course.
