RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE CERTAIN PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN TALL OAKS SUBDIVISION UNITS 1 AND 2
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for ownership and maintenance certain public improvements
within Tall Oaks Subdivision Units 1 and 2 which will include sidewalks and trees. Acceptance
of the public improvements for Tall Oaks Unit 1 will add 130,210 square feet of sidewalk and 573
parkway trees upon completion of all the lots, and their appurtenances to the city-maintained
facilities. Acceptance of the public improvements for Tall Oaks Unit 2 will add 33,985 square feet
of sidewalk and 148 parkway trees upon completion of all the lots, and their appurtenances to the
city-maintained facilities.
