RESOLUTION
APPROVING SETTLEMENTS OF CERTAIN CLAIMS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that the proposed settlement relating to the claim of James O'Connor which includes payment in
the total amount of$1,285.00 is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the proposed settlement relating to the claim of Thomas Hovany which includes
payment in the total amount of$14,922.00 is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS,that the proposed settlement relating to the claim of AT&T which includes payment in
the total amount of$5,719.13 is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS,that the proposed settlement relating to the claim of Commonwealth Edison Company
which includes payment in the total amount of$12,771.55 is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the proposed settlement relating to the claim of Comcast which includes payment
in the total amount of$11,361.47 is approved.
