RESOLUTION
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF HEALTH
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that Felicia Chu, Dorothea Poulos and Cynthia Applehoff-Siedsma, are hereby reappointed as
members of the Board of Health, for terms that will expire on May 1, 2026.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS,that Diana Palacios is hereby appointed as a member of the Board of Health, for a term
that will expire on May 1, 2025.
