RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE CERTAIN PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE RIGHT OF WAY ADJACENT TO THE SITE LOCATED
AT 455 SHEPARD DRIVE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for ownership and maintenance certain public improvements
within right of way adjacent to the site located at 455 Shepard Drive which will include sidewalks.
Acceptance of the public improvements will add the following city-maintained facilities:
Approximately 176 lineal feet of five-foot sidewalk and their appurtenances to the city-maintained
facilities.
