APPROVING SETTLEMENTS OF CERTAIN CLAIMS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that the proposed settlement relating to the claim of H&H Electric Company which includes
payment in the total amount of$54,456.90 is approved.
