1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of
The project consists of HMA pavement removal, combination curb and gutter and sidewalk removal and
replacement, intersection improvements, placement of HMA binder and surface courses, structure
iadjustments, landscape restoration, pavement markings, and appurtenant construction.

2. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty
Eight and 42/100- -------------------------- Dollars( $2,997,868.42 )for the improvement of
said section from the Local Public Agency's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit four(4)certified originals of this resolution to the district office
of the Department of Transportation.
