BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of
construction and construction engineering for the City of Elgin's 2025 Highland Woods Resurfacing Project which
includes pavement patching. pavement milling. HMA resurfacing, curb and gutter removal and replacement,
sidewalk removal and replacement, structure adjustments. HMA and PCC driveway removal and replacement.
pipe culvert removal and replacement. landscape restoration, traffic control, and all other ancillary work required
to complete the project.
2. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of Three Million Thirty One Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Nine and
10/100-- Dollars( $3,031,729.10 )for the improvement of
said section from the Local Public Agency's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit four(4)certified originals of this resolution to the district office
of the Department of Transportation.
