APPROVING SETTLEMENTS OF CERTAIN CLAIMS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that the proposed settlement relating to the claim of Oscar Polo-Ruiz,Juan Arreguin and Giulliano
Ramirez which includes payment in the total amount of$134,500 is approved.
