RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A PLAT OF EASEMENT FOR STORMWATER
MANAGEMENT AND PUBLIC UTILITY& DRAINAGE FOR
910 E. CHICAGO STREET, ELGIN, IL
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that David J. Kaptain, Mayor, and Kimberly A. Dewis, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized
and directed to execute and accept a Plat of Easement for stormwater management and public
utility& drainage for 910 E. Chicago Street,Elgin, IL regarding the property legally described on
said plat prepared by DesignTek Engineering, Inc., dated April 8, 2020, last revised October 30,
2020, a copy of which is attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS,that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause said Plat of Easement for
stormwater management and public utility & drainage for 910 E. Chicago Street, Elgin, IL, to be
recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois.
